1. How much do your products cost?

Anatech products are sold through medical facilities, pharmacies, orthopaedic or prosthetic outlets and sports stores. Depending on the outlet and your location the retail price will vary. Please contact our customer service department at 800-667-3442, or 604-273-2836 to find an authorized dealer in your area. If you are a dealer and have an account, please contact customer service at info@anatechinc.com or 800-667-3442 for pricing or to get a copy of your current price list. If you are a dealer of orthopaedic or sports medicine products and do not have an account, please don't hesitate to fill out the credit application found in Our Policies above or you may contact customer service at info@anatechinc.com or 800-667-3442 and we will do our best to serve you.

2. How do I order if I am not in Canada?

Anatech is a Canadian distributor and manufacturer of various quality products. At this time we do not export outside of Canada . Please contact our customer service department at info@anatechinc.com to find out if the product you require is available in your country. We will do our best to locate a local distributor or pass you on to somebody who may help you.

3. What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

The warranty period depends on the product. Please check out Our Policies above for general warranty information or contact our customer service department for more specific questions about warranties at info@anatechinc.com.

4. How do you wash your products?

Generally we would recommend hand washing all garments with a mild detergent (phosphorus free) and laying flat to dry. Do NOT use bleach. For specific washing instructions on a specific item, please view either the packaging or the label found on the product.

5. How do I find a specific product to suit my needs?

We have done our best to make it easy to find a product to suit your needs on the Anatech website. To find a listing of products by specific click on the product indicator section found in the side bar and select the appropriate body part. You will then find a list of various common injuries with suggested products to help support or rehabilitate the area. If you don’t find your particular problem in this section, please contact customer service at info@anatechinc.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. What if my size doesn't fit into the sizing charts measurements?

Anatech does offer custom options for the majority of products we manufacture. Most commonly, we manufacture custom knee supports, which are made using measurements provided by our customers.  This is done by accurately taking a circumferential measurement of the thigh at 6” above mid-patella, at the patella, and 6” below mid-patella at the calf. More measurements may also be taken for a uniquely shaped leg or if a longer support is required. Please keep in mind it is best for a certified fitter to measure the leg for custom sizing. With these measurements, we are able to generate a product that is truly specific to the patient’s size and needs. Custom measurements must be given in hard copy, so please fax or email the order on the custom order form provided in the Our Policies section found above.
