2. Standard orders, delivery & shipping
- If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please bring it to our attention for special handling and arrange for faster method of shipping.
- Unless specified at time of ordering all shipments are sent via CanPar with the exception of the Maritime provinces which are sent via Canada Post for economic reasons. Estimated courier times as follows:
- CanPar to the Western provinces: 2-5 business days
- CanPar to Ontario and Quebec: 6-10 business days
- Canada Post to the Maritime provinces by Expedited Post: 5-7 business days & by Express Post: 2-3 business days
- Special arrangements, for a default courier, can be set up on your account. If certain couriers do
not work well in your area, please don't hesitate to call head office and inform us.
- Anatech offers free ground shipping on all orders over $200 before taxes.
- If you prefer to have your order shipped collect through a specified courier, please provide company and account number at time of order.

3. Custom Orders
Anatech offered custom service in both AnaPrene and AnaTex materials. The
patterns for custom orders will be kept on hand for 12 months and it is
essential that customers give the patients name when ordering customs,
as they may need to refer to them again for re-orders or alterations
It is worth noting, however, that apart from the obvious fact that the patients sizing may change during that time, all materials have a tendency to distort through wear and washing. Therefore, Anatech accepts no responsibility for the accurate fit of repeated patterns or the copy of an old brace.
When ordering a repeated pattern, please quote the original invoice number and or order date along with the patient's name, so please keep this information on file for a later date.
Standard measurements for customs are taken at joint centre and the circumference of the muscle belly above and below the joint. For instance, for the knee the measurements are taken at 6" above and below. Although, every body is unique therefore, please specify the location of the measurements taken, if done differently. Extra measurements in-between are always welcome, especially on more unique, less defined shapes and larger patients. This will help to minimize slippage of the brace on these patients. For extended supports, please include extra measurements above and below standard measurements.
